Complete house renovation

" We are so happy with the outstanding work Ray did on our house. He fully understood our vision, and created a beautiful home for our family. From demolishing walls to plasterboarding, renovating stonework, tiling, installing new bathrooms, new doors, new windows, new kitchen... every stage was completed beautifully. Ray has great ideas, lots of vision, and is very talented. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work.
He spent the best part of a year working on our house, and was always a happy presence, keeping us motivated through this colossal project we had taken on. We could not have done it without him!"

    " Ray and Paul started the work right on time as promised, they had already specified the type of tiles so that I could sort out the delivery prior to work commencing and so I could also decide which type of tiles I wanted.  I soon found my decision to use R&D was entirely a correct one. The team were capable of all aspects of the project including woodwork ,roofing ,tiling,and electrics.
     Ray and Paul always listened to my requirements, and agreed how to achieve them, I have some experience of renovations so I was aware that some builders often find the easy way to complete things ,even if these were not exactly what the customer wanted. This was most definitely NOT the case with these two gentlemen.
      They both continued to communicate how each portion of the work was progressing, and in some cases recommended better ways to complete the project, I soon realized their experience was invaluable, and the finished article did finish that much better for the use of their ideas.
      There was plenty of humor and banter which made the two a joy to work with. Their time management was excellent and despite inclement weather their tasks were completed swiftly.
      There is an underlying attitude with these two gents , they always wanted to please and above all take great pride in their workmanship and the finish of the completed prject, I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending them for any building project you are planning.
